The Senior Marketing Officer should be well-versed in hip hop dance - as well as other elements of hip hop culture and current trends - ensuring that all marketing strategies resonate authentically with the audience. Your appreciation of this genre and ability to prepare and deliver effective and engaging marketing campaigns is exactly why this role is for you.

We are seeking a Senior Marketing Officer to join the Breakin’ Convention team in promoting hip-hop culture to global audiences. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in hip-hop music, trends, and culture, ensuring that all marketing strategies resonate authentically with the audience while keeping up with current trends in hip-hop, fashion, and street culture to ensure marketing campaigns remain relevant. If you have a deep appreciation for hip-hop culture and a proven track record in innovative marketing, this could be the perfect role for you.

Are you passionate about reaching new audiences? Could you use Breakin’ Convention’s diverse programme to drive engagement both in theatres and online? Are you a skilled and innovative content creator? Can you work collaboratively across multiple teams?

You will ideally have the following…
  • Experience of working on Marketing and/or Communications for an arts or entertainment organisation, with demonstrable results.
  • Experience of coordinating digital marketing campaigns.
  • Experience using Photoshop and basic video editing skills.
