Description

We’re working with an exciting, young AI-powered tech / ecom brand to help them find an experienced Traffic Manager to join them in their fast growing team. They have tech, design and content all under one roof in Central London.

The ideal candidate must be a proactive, efficient and highly organised individual to support and manage the smooth-running of the workplace in a role that combines studio and traffic management. This startup are scaling and need someone who is able to implement structure and process to enable smooth management of work-flow. So experience working at an early-stage startup is beneficial, but not absolutely essential. This person needs the ability to work well under pressure and adapt to a quickly changing workplace, with a positive, can-do attitude.


Essential Requirements: 
  • Ideally you’ll have 3-5+ years experience within an integrated traffic/workflow/studio management team.
  • You are a true multitasker, open to multiple perspectives and able to collaborate to reach positive outcomes.
  • You are approachable and listen to others and respect their contribution while maintaining an ability to push back when necessary.
  • Someone who is calm, dependable, adaptable, thorough and solutions driven.
  • You are supportive and view your ownership of workflow within the team as a key position in the short and long game of the brand.
  • A creative person in nature and able to use your lateral thinking to solve problems.
  • Commercially aware and marry your understanding of budgets seamlessly with creative vision.

Key responsibilities:
  • Scheduling all resource accurately. Focusing on empowering all team members to complete work on time and on budget.
  • Championing effective internal communication, understanding motivations and desired outcomes will help everyone move towards a clear plan for exceptional work.
  • Understanding the skillsets across the departments to reduce risk and increase opportunities.
  • Arrange and lead weekly meetings and update the resource planner daily.
  • Partner with the Senior Management team to collaborate on allocations.
  • Raise issues with resource in advance of potential problems around quality, cost, time loss.
  • Highlight freelance needs and establish good working relationships with freelancers and agencies.
  • Monitor holiday requests, sickness and onboarding, trying to keep consistency across projects as much as possible.
