Only experienced senior level photography agents who would like to work for a US company remotely from the UK, Far East, or Europe need apply. Must be available to train in New York for 3 to 6 months, no exceptions.
Established New York Artist Representative Agency is looking for a Senior Agent for our Photography division. With a laser focus on the interiors and lifestyle sectors, we are known for our forward thinking, curated roster of internationally based stylists and photographers.
Please have established national and international industry relationships, with the ability to open and close business. You will need solid skills, bringing talent, tools, practices and methods that are proven and successful. We need a visionary with planning abilities who will open new market sectors and solidify the agency’s position in the advertising and brand-direct world and more. Responsibilities
The Senior Photography Agent is responsible for managing existing artists, sourcing new artists, opening new markets, bringing in projects and developing strategies for the long-term success and prestige of our agency and artists. You will work with the owner to cultivate new ideas and strategy for agency growth and visibility. You will participate in representing our agency and artists at events and portfolio reviews globally.
Required
7 to 10 Years Artist Representative Agency Experience
Current & Relevant Industry Contacts
Managing day to day worldwide photo department/current roster
Source artists internationally and nationally
Source new clients and leads
Ideally, bring existing high-end artist relationships to our agency
Motion experience- including bidding motion jobs for advertising, brand direct, and digital assets
Experienced working with stills and motion production companies
Must Take Ownership of your work
Strong Knowledge of Multiple Market Sectors Who’s Who
Ability to build strong and mutually beneficial working relationships
