Description
We are looking to hire a senior producer with a minimum of four years of experience to head up Monocle’s team, which creates editorial and commercial films and slideshows for monocle .com and beyond. You will need to be hands-on and able to jump from production co-ordination to helping to produce creative pitches for clients, to making films and inspiring our film-makers.
We are looking for someone with:
- news and/or documentary film production experience
- a desire to produce commercial films in addition to editorial content
- strong writing skills who can help shape and write their own scripts
- a good voice so that they can narrate their own films
This is a demanding and exciting job that will involve travel, tight deadlines and varied hours. We have made hundreds of films since launch, gaining a reputation for great storytelling and high-quality production values in the process.
