We are a team of 20 people based in London.
As Novel continues to grow a slate of original podcast series, we are offering permanent contracts for audio producers with a proven track record of producing and launching high quality independent podcasts - podcasts that have not been commissioned by a commercial partner such as BBC Sounds or Audible.
The ideal candidates will have a great ear for audio storytelling, five years experience as a series producer and - most crucially - a solid understanding of what it takes to launch impactful independent podcasts that gain critical acclaim whilst building a loyal audience.
We’re keen to hear from producers from a range of backgrounds - longform narrative, long running chat formats - what’s important is that you’ve produced high quality independent series that have attracted a significant audience.
A highly creative approach to audio production is a must. Editing on Reaper is a significant bonus.
If you fit the bill and are interested in a permanent role in which you will be an integral part of Novel’s production team then please do get in touch. You’ll be joining a rapidly growing company packed with creative programme makers, sound designers and experienced executive producers who’ll be on hand to help you craft groundbreaking podcast series.

Whilst we are currently home-working, we will soon be back working from a central London office. We do however have flexible working policies around time and location, in the hope of being as accommodating to individual circumstances as possible.
