We’re looking for a seasoned designer, leader and collaborator, with an amazing track in hands on directing, crafting and building world class products. As the Senior Product Designer for Skyscanner, you'll have responsibility across Squads, working closely with Engineering and Product Leads. You'll be a Product thinker, someone that possesses strong craft skills, able to produce work, assess and critique across both Visual and Interaction Design. You will be a key proponent in enabling other teams to deliver consistent, coherent and configurable UI for a growing team of over 50 designers and 750 engineers.
Additionally you will help with design operations with a focus on increasing efficiency and impact of design through the implementation of tools, processes and practices.
Expert Product Design skills with a deep knowledge in Visual, Interaction and User Experience design
Expert knowledge of iOS and Android platforms, standards and best practices
Strong leadership and strategic skills

You will work closely with the Design Leadership team on recruitment strategy, its implementation and on-boarding new team members
