The Sr. Product Manager - Content Applications will set the direction for a cross-functional team and report directly to the VP of Product for Applications.

You will leverage your background to help advance our application strategy, roadmap and execution related to content marketing & intelligence, including: content inspiration, editorial decision making, writing recommendation tools, story trend discovery & tracking, content for SEO & backlinks

Responsibilities
  • Own the strategy and execution for content applications within the Brandwatch product portfolio.
  • Conduct user research, market analysis and business validation to help influence product roadmap.
  • Define and analyze product metrics that inform and drive iterative product testing.
  • Understand the customer and serve as their advocate when making product design decisions and prioritizing roadmap.
  • Passion for understanding and involving our users and prospective users in everything we do.
  • Diligently seek out and understand new & existing competitive and complementary products and their strategic and tactical positioning.
  • Collaborate effectively with marketing, design, analytics, and customer success teams for enablement and feedback.
  • Maximize efficiencies in a continuously evolving product lifecycle process to optimize execution and facilitate collaboration.
  • Communicate, lead, mentor, collaborate with positivity across teams.

Requirements

  • 2+ years experience at a SaaS company with a content use-case, analytically-oriented content agency, or content insights team within a brand.
  • 2+ years of demonstrated experience with product development either directly in a product or design team, or as a lead stakeholder for a SaaS content product.
  • Experience using data to make decisions.
  • Experience with B2B or B2B2C user interfaces and experiences.
  • Experience collaborating with product marketing, design and engineering teams.
  • Knowledge of SaaS & cloud technologies, pricing models, and GTM strategies.
  • Passion for identifying and solving user problems working directly with customers.
  • Positive, upbeat energy with ability to create a fun working environment.
