The role is responsible for leading and driving through global marketing campaigns, across all markets, for the Charlotte Tilbury brand. Working with the Global Director of Marketing and across in house creative, digital and NPD teams, and regional partners, you will build and deliver 360 ground-breaking global marketing campaigns, supporting both new product launches and core franchises. The role will also be instrumental in helping market and distribution expansion plans, cascading knowledge from one market and / or retailer to another.
With the Global Director of Marketing and Global Product Development team, champion key categories with knowledge from prior launch learnings, marketing and consumer research, competitor updates, pricing validated by accurate P&L management and additional key learning opportunities.
Collaborate with the development and creative team to craft the product concept based on consumer and market insights that are in line with the Charlotte Tilbury brand.
Work closely with the copy writers to write all new product treatments: product stories, pack copy, press notes, product name, shade name.
Briefing and overseeing the development of global marketing campaigns for new product developments that have a consistent global brand tone of voice but optimised for local markets.
Partner with Visual Merchandising, PR, Social, Digital, E-Commerce and Content Teams to ensure the cohesion of campaign messages and visuals for all origination projects lead creation & sharing of brief to Global Store Design team.
Proficient knowledge in the media landscape and partner with the local teams to offer guidance on relevant touchpoints related to campaign objectives.
Craft clear marketing toolkits exciting the business on the new launch/campaign providing them with a complete kit to flawlessly execute the innovation/campaign in a timely fashion.
Extensive and proven experience of product marketing role, supported by strong NPD experience, ideally within beauty / luxury / fashion industry.
Resilient, tenacious, confident self-starter who can flourish in an entrepreneurial/start up environment and hit the ground running.
Insight driven decision making – balancing art with commerce. Must be proficient in combining quantitative and qualitative date to form strategies and inform decision making.
Innovative problem solver and creatively driven.
Strong people management skills with the ability to multitask and motivate.

The role will be required to work in close collaboration with the Global Product Development team to identify and capitalize on product gaps and opportunities for select categories within the industry.
