This is a fantastic opportunity to join our fast growing Digital Marketing team. You have a wide-ranging PM toolkit at your disposal which, together with your experience, allow you to shape a programme/project to achieve optimum delivery against all success measures. You’ll work closely with our Project Director and clients in planning and managing projects within the digital arm of our biggest client. You’ll be working on high profile digital transformation projects that will form the backbone of .com e-commerce infrastructure into 2019 and beyond.
What the day to day looks like…
  • Leading communication between client EU HQ and internal teams – likely to be working with clients in their offices at least two days a week.
  • Lead key, large and complex, projects for. com to ensure deliverables are tracked and progressed
  • Responsible for project revenue management and reporting
  • Create project proposals by preparing project budgets and related materials
  • Gather and confirm requirements from client at the project initiation stage
  • Turn clients' requirements into a detailed scope of work and manage change requests.
  • Be accountable and responsible for the end to end process for your project deliverables
  • Identify and ensure that the appropriate resources are assigned to your projects
  • Lead one or a team of project managers to support the delivery of the projects.
  • Assist the central team managers and clients by providing project status and advice
  • Work with the internal teams and content and publishing lead with detailed briefs and be involved in creative reviews with a good eye for UX design
Strings to your bow…
  • Project management experience of 5 years or more
  • Exposure to a pan-European/global digital marketing environment
  • Evidence of delivering large/complex digital infrastructure projects as lead PM
  • Waterfall and agile experience
  • Knowledge of JIRA and Confluence
  • Commercial experience in software development
  • Client facing and account management experience
  • Track records of delivering digital products with CMS experience (ideally AEM)
  • Evidence of working within agile environment
  • Experience working in a fast paced environment with the ability to prioritize multiple time sensitive tasksStrong IT/Technical skills (as well as MS Outlook, Word, PowerPoint & Excel, Project, JIRA) – You are comfortable with data/infrastructure/back-end web technologies
