At GoDaddy the future of work looks different for each team. Some teams work in the office full-events or offsites. Your hiring manager can share more about this role’s hybrid or remote time, others have a hybrid arrangement (they work remotely some days and in the office some days) and some work entirely remotely.
This is a remote position, so you’ll be working remotely from your home. You may occasionally visit a GoDaddy office to meet with your team for events or meetings.

Do you have a love of problem solving? Do you have a proven track record of managing coordination for large projects? Can you communicate thoughts, project planning, and scope effectively to others? Can you work a project with full ownership and little guidance? As a GoDaddy Program Manager you are responsible for organising and managing complex tasks and projects, working with different levels of management and stakeholders, internal and external, move projects forward and resolve roadblocks. You will be responsible for driving projects end-to-end with the business and customer experience remaining top priorities throughout.
What you'll get to do...
  • Manage full program lifecycle to include definition, scope and schedule
  • Manage cross-functional portfolio of programs and initiatives
  • Competent interfacing with multiple internal stakeholders for both communication and new initiative buy in
  • Works on problems of complex scope to resolve a wide range of issues in creative and effective ways
  • Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions
  • Fluent with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Competent with Agile tools (Jira, Confluence)
  • Excellent listening, strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
  • Able to adapt personal style to suite a wide range of situations & people
  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
  • Be agile and action oriented
Your experience should include...
  • 5+ years’ experience in cross-functional and cross-departmental program or project management
  • Able to stay objective, focus on facts, and remain resilient in managing conflicting priorities, multiple stakeholders and expectations
  • Ability to prioritize and balance competing opportunities and customer needs with business priorities and outcomes
  • Relentless attention to detail
  • Comfort with high-level concepts and the ability to turn them into actionable plans
  • Exceptional creativity, high level of professionalism and exemplary problem-solving skills
  • Strong multi-tasking, an ability to self-direct, proven prioritisation skills, an innovative and resilient spirit, and continual drive to make big impacts to business, operations and customers
