Manage project results from beginning to end to ensure delivery dates are met across all the serving and dependent Sky departments.
Work closely with the project stakeholders to manage the agreed scope of work and tracking this through to delivery.
Manage and ensure effective communication of; project plans, resource allocation plans, budgets, project risks and issues, raising any threats or opportunities to key partners in a timely manner.
Proactively manage changes in project scope clearly communicating impacts and priority changes at all times to all partners and interested parties.
Ensure that deliverables and other dependencies are on track and delivered into the relevant teams in line with the planned date/s.
Create and manage all project artefacts in line with the governance model.
Continuously challenge the ways of working to ensure continuous improvement within the teams.
Proven Technical Project Management experience.
Excellent people & communication skills – can work with a diverse range of personalities and seniority, credible with different audiences within technical, product and commercial communities
Understanding of OTT and end-to- end delivery in this domain is desirable
Knowledge and experience of working with Agile software development teams
Knowledge of tracking and reporting tools, experience with JIRA is desirable
Grasp of project/Programme financials, budget management, resource management
An enthusiasm and aptitude for learning and developing new skills and practices
