And we're growing at an amazing rate. Which is where you come in; we’re currently looking for a Senior UX Designer to join our talented Experience Design Team.
As a Senior UX Designer, you will:
  • Help to mentor and develop junior members of the UX team
  • Lead client meetings and workshops to capture business requirements
  • Facilitate interviews and focus groups to determine customer needs
  • Undertake competitor research, expert reviews and audits
  • Create personas, user journeys and experience maps
  • Design information architecture, site maps, app maps etc
  • Propose a range of creative conceptual ideas for projects
  • Create sketches and storyboards to visualise UX/UI solutions
  • Execute detailed wireframes and create prototypes
  • Validate ideas and designs through user testing
  • Present your work internally and to client stakeholders
