Designwerk are looking for an ambitious/self-starting US based Senior Venue Delivery - Production Manager for a 6+ month contract, working on and helping to deliver a global sporting event based on the East Coast.
Key Roles and Responsibilities include:
• Oversee and be accountable for all daily client/agency account management
• Update and monitor the project timelines, manage internal budgets, and track progress
• Initiate and manage status and project meetings
• Produce weekly project reports, capturing all costs
• Help to identify, communicate and manage project risks and possible issues
• Manage the delivery of some pre-event deliverables (for example VIP packs, city commercial sites)
• Produce and manage the Designwerk project plan, ensuring internal resources are kept to agreed parameters
• Manage a delivery team of 5-10 people
• Ability to read plans and support on site delivery
• Must be able to attend regular site visits in major New England city and be onsite during the delivery period of the event
