  • We are looking for a Social Account Manager with good account management skills and a track record of producing and managing campaigns on behalf of consumer brands.
  • You will be responsible for the planning, production and management of integrated campaigns for our clients in fitness, education and tech. You will report directly to the Senior Management and external partners.
What you will do
  • Deliver digital integrated campaigns against set KPIs e.g. traffic, awareness, performance
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams and external agencies from start to finish across multiple campaigns
  • Produce reports to provide insight, with a focus on data analysis
  • Create and deliver social-first plans for clients, with a focus on paid as part of an integrated response.
  • Maintain a social media editorial calendar in order to proactively produce channel appropriate content.
  • Gather insights from social communities that inform creative development.
  • Identify / validate social influencers for brand & PR campaigns
  • Identify business development opportunities and capitalise on them
  • Provide support for new business opportunities
Your Skills/Knowledge/Experience:
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment
  • 1-2+ years of relevant work experience at interactive, advertising, public relations, or marketing agencies and/or experience managing social channels for a brand preferably in the consumer space in fitness, education or lifestyle brands.
  • Expertise and passion for social media and community-building online, including in-depth knowledge of social media platforms, market trends, best practices and tools of the trade.
  • Knowledge in SEO/SEM/online media, analytics, web technology, mobile campaigns, community and the concepts of creative and brand strategy.
  • Natural collaboration and bridge-building skills.
  • Experience of building commercial relationships with clients, external agencies, influencers, talent reps and production teams.
  • Experience with content scheduling, social listening tools, audience growth tools
  • Collaborative project management tools i.e Trello, Asana
  • Adobe Creative Cloud, Photoshop, Google Apps
  • Business development experience
