Each Manager is assigned to a specific division which they are required to closely monitor with regards to performance and conduct, whilst providing guidance, instruction and support. Although responsible for a specific division, Managers at THG are also expected to work closely with their peers to motivate the department as a whole, driving all teams to ultimately exceed customer expectations.

Requirements

Main Duties & Responsibilities
  • Previous leadership experience is essential
  • Build and engage an online community
  • Managing a team of Customer Service Social Media Advisors
  • Creative thinking to connect with followers across all social networks
  • Creating thoughtful and original content for social page(s)
  • Identifying opportunities to build meaningful and brand relevant conversations with new and existing customers
  • Meeting targets set across the Customer Service Department
  • Striving for first time resolution
  • Highlighting areas of improvement for staff and departments
  • Workflow management
  • Monitoring and reporting on team performance, adhering to department SLA’s/timelines
  • Contributing towards the recruitment process in line with recruitment within their division
  • Working alongside the Training Team to coach and support staff
  • Meeting additional objectives set by Head of Customer Service
  • Previous data/reporting experience
