Ogilvy Social & Content is seeking a Mid Weight Creative to work across both owned and earned social media platforms. You will be focusing on specific creative projects or may be required to produce specific creative elements as well as lead entire production projects from start to completion across multiple specialist teams, managing varying creative stakeholders. This role requires strong editing and motion skills as well as a hunger to tackle copywriting, art direction and project management. Experience working across results-driven, global social media projects and a strong understanding of integrated marketing communications principles and the role of social media content is also key. The role is not limited to the duties within this JD and the role will revolve with the development of content, formats and client requirements.
Have a great underdstanding of adobe software, promarily Premier and After Effects, Photoshop, Indesign etc. with a focus on motion and editing.
Excellent communication skills.
A strong understanding of branding, content development and multichannel marketing concepts.
Comfortable interacting with clients and internal staff alike.
Strong persuasive skills.
Be able to produce and manage multiple project work streams.
Work on projects alongside our internal team (social analysts, content strategists and senior account leadership), manage relationships with external agencies and vendors (creative,content production, event planning etc.) and multiple stakeholders client-side.
Be responsible for managing all creative aspects of content development, shoots and creative elements for the life cycle of a project.
Maintain and build and successful client relationships selling in ideas and content streams in quick turnaround and high-pressure situations.
Be able to present creative and sell content solutions to internal stakeholders and new and existing clients.
Drive the client satisfaction score in 2017 - our work should be created brilliantly and delivered flawlessly with world class creative execution and thinking.
Have contacts at all major social networks.
Understand best practice and thought leadership in Social Media.
Be able to project manage and prioritise mutli-client demands.
