What will you be doing?
You’ll be the voice of Vodafone, protecting our reputation online as you respond to customer queries on our Facebook, Twitter and social media pages. It’s a fast-paced role in a team that operates 24/7, taking ownership of complaints, investigating problems and proactively solving queries. As well as responding online, you will often need to take inbound calls and make outbound calls to customers to resolve issues.
This is a brilliant time to join our social media response team, it’s a big growth area for us and in our industry so there’s lots of potential to help you develop your skills. The role works across all our products and services, meaning you’ll get a great understanding of us as a business so that you can discover where we can take your career.
Who are we looking for?
A natural understanding of social media and great spelling and grammar is essential to the role. Positive and resilient, you should have a keen attention to detail and the ability to work on your own initiative The ability to provide accurate information and deal with challenging complaints under pressure.
