Skip Mints is a London-based wellbeing startup offering the UK’s first CBD mints. We’re in need of someone to help manage and monitor all social media channels (Facebook and Instagram in particular) to generate buzz around the brand. You’ll be developing and maintaining a social media calendar, creating and posting social content (new photos, videos, and graphics) in line with the brand, as well as growing the Skip Mints community and driving engagement in accordance with brand guidelines. Ideally, you’d be adept at reporting on social performance and are willing to assist with ad hoc requests to support the business.
The ideal candidate will have a proven passion for all things digital and social, with prior experience using social media scheduling and reporting tools. Applicants whose CVs demonstrate they have image and video editing skills - competent using tools such as Canva and Adobe Creative Cloud Software - will have an edge.
This will initially be a remote-working position, with the likelihood of office-based work 2 days a week from the beginning of September from our London premises (SE10). The successful candidate will be offered a part-time, 6-month fixed-term contract comprised of a 25-hour workweek (Monday to Friday, compressed hours or flexitime), paid at the National Minimum Wage.

As this role is supported by the government’s Kickstart Scheme, only UK-based applicants between 18-24 in receipt of Universal Credit will be considered. Training and support for the candidate to undertake day-to-day responsibilities and build up their skills and experience will be provided in-house for the duration of the placement.
