Your mission:

You will work together with our Brand Strategist and the co-founder & Chief Creative Officer. In this role you will be responsible for growing the engagement with our guests across social platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, facebook and Pinterest, realising numa’s vision: “bring some soul to travel”. You will be working cross-functionally, creating content together with our in-house illustrator, photographer, videographer and copy writers, in close collaboration with the content and performance marketing teams. Working towards a set of KPIs based on engagement and conversion. You will have the ability to make a real impact on shaping the future of the numa brand identity.

You Will Focus On:

  • Focusing on our digital B2C presence, establish numa as a mass market travel brand, starting with the DACH region
  • Develop, execute and optimise our social media and influencer marketing strategy
  • Grow our community through inspiring and interactive content
  • Work with our physical locations, making them “social media friendly”
  • Creating content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and Pinterest, including photography and video collaborating with our in-house experts
  • Achieving a set of quantitative and qualitative KPIs
Your profile (Required)
  • Undergraduate diploma with an analytical background such as business administration, Communication, Branding, Marketing, Consumer Behaviour
  • Innate passion to connect with people
  • Strong curiosity for social media marketing and how to scale it in a high-performance commercial context
  • Numbers driven
  • Ability to work independently
  • Experience in planning and executing social media and influencer marketing campaignsAdvanced knowledge of MicrosoftOffice incl PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign especially)
  • Interest in content creation with knowledge of programs such as Final cut pro and other editing and social media tools is a plus
  • Native communication in German and Fluent in English
