A little bit about our team:
The Corporate Comms team works to protect and promote the value of WMG’s music, people, brands and cultures. It has 20 members across LA, New York and London and is headed by James Steven, who reports directly to WMG’S chief executive. You’ll be one of seven London-based members of the team, who support a range of internal clients including Warner Music UK, Warner Music International and Warner Chappell Music.

This is an opportunity to take up a creative role at one of the world’s biggest music companies. We’re a team that connects with the whole company, both in London and internationally. You can help build WMG’s social media presence, devising strategies, crafting content and sharing insights.
Grow and manage some of our key social channels, primarily for Warner Music UK and Warner Chappell Music UK
Produce and schedule content that involves some of the greatest artists in the world
Help develop and maintain a voice for WMG’s dynamic social media output and run a calendar that will power WMG’s social media presence
Collaborate with colleagues worldwide to build coordinated social media campaigns and support them as they develop their local channels
Support internal teams (e.g. HR in creating and editing social posts for LinkedIn)
Look for innovative new ways to approach corporate announcements
Guide photographers and videographers in covering events and use their material to share on social media
Support the team in capturing in-house events involving artists, guest speakers and others, to help showcase WMUK’s company culture.

You’ve got substantial experience in communications or another relevant field
You’re brimming with ideas for new content, always keeping an eye out for the latest developments and trends to try
Experience using Adobe Creative Suite
You’ve got experience of generating engaging social media content for a high-profile brand or personality
You can write snappy, accurate copy that will resonate with our audiences
You’ve an enthusiastic, proactive disposition and are happy to jump in and support your teammates during busy periods
You’ve demonstrable strong organizational and time management skills
You can build and maintain good relationships with a wide variety of people in different teams across the globe
You’re an avid social user who’s proficient with various CMS platforms (we currently use Falcon)
You’re comfortable with analytics and always look to these to enhance content performance
It would be music to our ears if you also had:
The ability to work in a pressurized environment with conflicting priorities
A real passion for music
Professional certificate in Google analytics preferred
Functional knowledge and/or personal experience with web design and publishing
General knowledge of SEO and internet ranking for web content
