This is an exciting and growing team within Conde Nast Global HQ Commercial. We are looking for someone who is passionate about social media and has a good understanding of the media landscape. The role will sit in the commercial social media team and work alongside client services, project management, sales, data, and creative teams.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
  • Social media strategy & planning: Creating social media plans to deliver benchmark KPIs
  • Building campaigns and plans across titles: Vogue, GQ, Glamour, Wired, Tatler, Vanity Fair
  • Responding to briefs: Understanding client objectives and creating proposals
  • Paid social media management: Launching, monitoring, and optimizing campaigns
  • Project Managing Content: aligning content sign off with creative, clients, and markets
  • Measuring results: Data analysis and campaign reporting
  • Client management: Managing client expectations and going above and beyond
  • Staying ahead of platform updates: Improving and evolving social media strategy
  • Eye for creative formats: Learning what content performs best across platforms
  • Multi-platform experience: Facebook, Instagram, Snap, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, TikTok (WeChat, Weibo, Line)
  • Multi-market management: Planning global campaigns and providing social media support
Essential Skills & Requirements
  • Understanding of the global media landscape, particularly Condé Nast brands
  • Good Understanding of Facebook Ads Manager and Biddable Platforms
  • Proficiency in excel, word, keynote, powerpoint, and google suite products
  • Ability to handle multiple projects, prioritise work assignments and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships  with client and markets
  • Experience developing effective media plans based on strategy and research
  • Project managing social campaigns
  • Experience with Display/Programmatic, Google AdWords, and Youtube
  • Experience of working internationally & foreign languages
  • Knowledge of Wechat, TikTok, Weibo, Line, VK
