Work alongside the social media team to conceptualize and design social media-only assets for use across all platforms (including but not limited to: Instagram, Instagram Stories, Facebook, Facebook Messenger/Chatbot, Twitter, etc.)
Liaise with senior social media team members in designing assets for paid social campaigns, to be localised across INTL and MENA markets ensuring relevant imagery, messaging, etc.
Sourcing of imagery from stock photography archives, brand archives and resizing of sourced assets for use across social platforms
Design Instagram Stories templates as needed for new brand initiatives
Schedule and/or post social media assets via scheduling tool, working within and adhering to content schedules
Work closely and collaboratively with our in-house creative and production teams, including taking and incorporating feedback
Organising and executing photoshoots (including but not limited to: calling in products, finding locations and props, researching photographers)
Come up with new business ideas for current and emerging social media platforms, including establishing relationships with relevant external partners and vendors
Conduct research projects as directed
Become a brand guardian by reviewing designs for consistency
Understand time management and consideration of budgets
Some experience working on brand social media accounts (in-house, agency, publishing house, etc.)
Strong and flexible skills in digital and interactive design, with high proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
A good eye for colour, sense-checking and proof-reading
A keen interest in staying up to date in current social media trends
The ability to communicate clearly and remain agile and flexible to business needs
A passion for creating work that resonates on an emotional level
A genuine passion for fashion, design and contemporary culture.
The ability to juggle multiple projects calmly and remain responsive to changing priorities — proven experience in a fast-paced environment is key
The ability to incorporate feedback from and work closely with our in-house production team
