Professional Services is a core component of Customer Success at Brandwatch. As a team, we strive to enable and advance our clients’ use of digital data across their organisations by taking them from data collection, to insights, to actions that have a real business impact.
Must possess native proficiency in Romanian language
Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English
Ability to translate from English to Romanian and vice versa, ensuring context (localisation) in the native language
Must have technical aptitude for learning a new software be computer/internet literate, with a basic familiarity of the use of social media (e.g. Facebook / Twitter usage) in Romania
Adept at time and deadline management, with excellent organisational skills
Must have own computer and a good internet connection to work remotely
Be naturally inquisitive with a technical/research mind-set
Independent contractor (freelance) based in the UK and/or trading as a registered UK/European company
Knowledge of Boolean and writing queries to interrogate data
Experience with social listening and monitoring tools
Strong business writing and data visualisation skills
Good understanding of the social media platform landscape
