We get to develop ideas with a variety of voices, making sure that we’re never just sat behind a desk doing what one person thinks is right.
We are now looking for a new strategist to join the team as one of our colleagues goes to start a family. This contract is mat cover so will initially be for 10 months, however, the hope is that we are in a position to make that contract permanent when those 10 months are up.
The strategist will play a blended role across Livity’s client work and our own projects. They will play a key role in moving our clients forward, as well as moving Livity forward through supporting to build and engage with our network in new and interesting ways - both advancing our social impact and advancing how we work with our network to get to the best possible insights and ideas.
Work with clients to establish their aims and objectives.
Analysing existing data, research and trends across the audience, market and brand. Designing and running research projects - engaging with the network to get best in class insights.
Designing and facilitating strategy workshops with the network and clients.
Turning research and insights into original strategies across consulting and studio work.
Collaborating with creatives, supporting the team to get to the best creative solutions.
Presenting ideas and work to clients - being the lead strategist on your projects.
Monitoring the success of project outputs and using this data to grow your accounts.
Support Livity on new business proposals and pitches.
This role will report into the Head of Strategy.
Work closely with the network team in developing strategies to help engage and grow the Livity network.
Support the network team in shaping and delivering programmes for the network ensuring our impact sits at the heart of everything.
Be a bridge between the network and the wider Livity team

Interested and immersed in a wide array of types of creativity - with an array of naturally gained inspiration that they can continue to pull on and bring into the team.
Confident taking on a range of different briefs with a range of creative challenges for brands across industries.
Need to have experience in research and developing strong creative strategies, but don't need to be the finished article / from the marketing/advertising world.
Should feel comfortable and keen to collaborate with the creative team, knowing their work doesn't stop when the strategy is written.
