The Android OS Go-to-Market (GTM) StratOps team works cross-functionally to set GTM strategy and ensure coordination of activities and tactics with our carrier, retailer and handset OEM partners to sustain ecosystem growth. Combining strategy and planning - as well as day-to-day execution - we work cross-functionally with Business Development, Marketing, Finance and our partners to deliver GTM excellence for Android OS as a platform. As a Strategy and Operations Lead, you will contribute to the shaping of the country GTM strategy for our key markets in EMEA to grow Android, identify GTM opportunities with channel partners, and grow the business through leading tactical initiatives working closely with cross-functional stakeholders and strategic channel partners.
Manage and/or contribute to the country GTM strategy and initiatives aimed at our partners to grow and strengthen the Android ecosystem in all channels; manage and/or contribute to operational initiatives for the EMEA GTM team.
Guide GTM teams with implementation/execution of tactical programs and channel incentives; coordinate various efforts, motivate cross-functional teams to drive projects, and be the point of contact for escalations.
Prepare business/goal reviews and create tools, dashboards and processes to ensure that GTM and leadership teams have relevant information and insights.
Lead projects to gather, analyze and understand research about markets and partners; develop comprehensive, data-backed assessments and plans, and communicate findings with executive stakeholders.
Contribute to thought-leadership to build the future model of the GTM team by pioneering new initiatives, capturing learnings, and sharing best practices.
