Strategy Directors are responsible for bringing strong, insight-driven strategic thinking across a diverse array of projects at Huge. They partner with leads across cross-functional teams in guiding research, insight discovery, strategic vision and marketing strategy within a wide variety of industries.
They collaborate across disciplines and within their own team to develop creative briefs that captivate clients and inspire creative teams to come up with groundbreaking idea development and implementation. And they work closely with their creative, experience and business partners to bring powerful, strategically-grounded digital creative work to life.
A Strategy Director confidently identifies clients' marketing challenges and analyzes trends and data to determine strategic implications, working toward identifying new opportunities for client growth and enforcing processes and best practices across all engagements.
Always current in culture and industry trends, Planning Directors at Huge are a champion of brands and are excited by all of the diverse and rich ways a brand can come to life. They are interested in the intersection of data and storytelling and are comfortable working in across product, platform, and digital campaigns.
You will be:
  • Assess client business models, while understanding their implication on the user experience, to suggest improvements, alternatives, and additions to their revenue streams
  • Develop cohesive, compelling strategic visions for our clients that guide the design process based on a synthesis of client business needs, proprietary and third party research, analytics, user research and competitive analyses
  • Communicate strategic visions to our clients, and help them and their business development teams disperse the strategy to the greater organization
  • Collaborate closely with the Huge Interaction Design and Visual Design teams to ensure business requirements are deeply integrated into the user experience
  • Participate in pitches and business development
  • Contribute to Huge’s growing domain expertise and knowledge base through the development of first party research
What we'd like to see:
  • 8+ years managing product life cycles and/or go-to-market campaigns in a digital/interactive/mobile/web environment
  • Ability to work in cross-functional teams in high pressure situations
  • Demonstrated experience communicating broad strategic initiatives to key stakeholders
  • Willingness to simultaneously tackle multiple projects and challenges
  • Passion to rapidly build expertise on new businesses and industry verticals
  • Desire to create sustainable businesses and innovative user experiences for the largest brands on the web
