About Beep!

Beep is a brand and marketing agency dedicated to the tech industry. Based in Poole, UK and Silicon Valley, USA, our team partner with some of the biggest technology brands around the world.
We're a fast-moving, global business, just like our clients. And we're hyperfocused on pushing the boundaries of design and technology to solve their biggest brand challenges. Our clients see us as a part of their team and we love helping them to change the world, whatever their mission.

The role

As Studio Manager at Beep, you'll manage and orchestrate our team of designers, developers and producers across multiple projects each day. You’ll become an integral part of how we create and deliver high-quality work on time and on budget. Working closely with the leadership team and Creative Director, you’ll prioritise and traffic our workload appropriately to ensure we never miss a beat.

  • Oversee quality control, ensuring high delivery standards are maintained daily
  • Prioritise balancing deadlines, scope and budget to ensure consistent effective output
  • Liaise with account managers and our international clients, ensuring all parties are informed of progress and problems
  • Lead our daily traffic meeting to assess projects, resources and workload, and identify roadblocks
  • Work with the Directors to optimise the team’s efficiency by setting up effective systems and scalable processes
  • Collate and maintain regular status reports for key projects
  • Initiate new jobs for clients. Close and archive inactive jobs with structured file storage
