As part of our Studio department, you’ll be joining as our Studio Producer who is responsible for managing the end-to-end production of eCommerce imagery in accordance with launch dates and the brand creative guidelines. Developing the shoot schedules, sourcing and booking of freelance talent, managing the logistics of the day-to-day studio production and coordinating approvals of visuals.
Who you are
Previous experience working in a fashion studio environment
Good understanding of Excel and Outlook
Ability to work to tight deadlines and prioritize workloads
Attention to detail and strong communication skills
Reliable and focused
Self-motivated and team oriented
Responsible for end-to-end eCommerce production
Manage shoot schedules and priority allocation in accordance to sample availability and product launch dates
Ensure all products are shot accurately and to the deadline
Track and publish all KPI’s in the studio
Source and book all freelance talent
Oversee model castings and administrative tasks for model approval
Build strong relationships with the Model Agencies and manage the data in the Model Booking Forms
Point of contact for Buying, Merchandising and Creative teams to answer any queries relating to shoot scheduling, image or product specific queries and partner requests
Drives own development and completes required training
