You will:
•Work closely with areas in the SRP Team to ensure Client demand is clearly communicated.
•Ensure compliance with Sky's Health & Safety regulations and policies.
•Demonstrate financial and budgetary awareness when working with demand requirements or crewing requests.
•Maintain accurate data through central systems and databases, including building Events and requirements in PlanIt.
•Enthusiastically work with Studio Managers to share resources
•Support the Studio Mangers with any of their duties they require help and support on.
•Help to advise clients when logistical and technical issues arise, aligned to Studio Manager
•Liaise with Independent Production Companies, External Clients and various Business Areas regarding their production/project requirements that sit outside of Studio Manager responsibilities.
•A flexible approach to style and methods to get the best out of the business
•Report on productions and projects on non-SPS usage, costs and updates
•Raise POs, processing invoices and tracking of expenditure
•Will also be required to liaise between the GRC department and other various Sky departments.
You'll have:

•Excellent relationships with staff and colleagues

•Knowledge of production processes across Studios and Post Production along with Broadcast workflows
•To be able to demonstrate initiative and problem-solving skills
•Precise attention to detail and excellent organisational abilities
•Strong partnership and individual working capacity
•Shown ability to take a brief and work to a deadline
•Very strong communication skills, both verbal & written
•To be Meticulous, hardworking, efficient, dedicated and full of energy
•Strong IT skills
