Experience focused on business analysis/process engineering/workflow automation in the networking field.
Experience using data to identify opportunities for business improvement and defining/measuring the success of those initiatives.
Experience with workflow related tools i.e. PEGA. Demonstrated experience in procurement and negotiation with third parties for vendor or managed service delivery.
Construction program management experience with data infrastructure in the corporate real estate environment.

As a Technical Program Manager, you will lead complex, multidisciplinary projects that aim to define and optimize deployment process workflows through the use of industry best practice methodologies and apply these using specific automation.

Process engineering and optimization. Use your industry experience to engineer, measure, and optimize applicable deployment processes that are used at scale.
Process automation. Drive efforts to introduce automation into Google Enterprise Network deployment; work with internal and external development teams and third parties to build workflows and solutions.
Support the implementation of new workflow by automating solutions, conducting user acceptance testing, identifying improvements, coordinating amendments, running training, and facilitating implementation as required.
Manage delivery of programs by coordinating with global teams to deploy network services in new and existing buildings/spaces.
