Temporary Partnerships and VIP Events AssistantFrieze


Frieze is looking for a temporary administrative assistant to join our teams in the London Office temporarily in the lead up to Frieze London and Masters 2018. All candidates must be available to start on 10 September and have the following skills:
• Self-motivated • Excellent attention to detail and being thorough • Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to work under pressure • Proven competency in the use of IT systems, including CRM databases and Microsoft Office • A team player, able to work with a variety of internal departments
Providing administrative support to Partnerships and VIP Teams, you will be the main point of contact for hotel reservations, restaurant bookings, and taxi and chauffeur arrangements for VIPs, groups and internal stakeholders. During the lead up to and during the fair you will support the Partnerships Events Manager and coordinate all onsite partnership events. Applicants should have a good understanding of the international art world, familiarity with major annual arts events, artists and art institutions, and an excellent phone manner.
