Description

Support with the implementation of the Marketing Strategy for Maison Francis Kurkdjian including: planning, implementation and management of the strategic trade marketing plans and creative animations
Support the implementation of the e-retail strategy, working closely with E-retailers and external agencies. Tasked with contributing to developing online sales on the sites of our authorized e-retailers and will oversee providing the necessary elements for the animation of the different sites, you will follow the online campaigns and analyse their performance.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Coordinate product launches across e-retailers to drive sales and maximise opportunities.
  • Ensure that e-retail websites are always up to date, with the correct content, creative banners, assets and copy to comply with the MFK brand guidelines.
  • Be responsible for all e-retailers executing their integrated digital strategy across all retailer communication channels and platforms to animate campaigns and product launches relevant to the UK market, working closely with HQ to keep within brand guidelines.
  • Liaise with external agencies/suppliers for asset production, validating these and working with e-retailers to implement.
  • Monitor visibility on e-retailer platforms, both for MFK and for competitors, reporting back to the business and highlighting key opportunities.
  • Track and report on e-retail sales figures.
  • Working with the team and store groups, to support the Marketing Manager in defining, pitching and implementing Trade Marketing activity plans with all key retailers including flagships, and key store groups
  • Develop bespoke cross channel retail strategies and establish excellent relationships with retailers to reinforce brand equity and drive sales.
  • Develop ad hoc local activities and POS elements to support strategy when required.
  • Manage presentation of all launches and events internally and externally.
  • Ensure Trade Marketing is focused on accelerating sell out and ROI and consumer centric.
  • Monthly monitoring of retailers performance to adjust/define actions plans.
  • Oversee FGTT investments.
  • Oversee visual merchandising execution.

PERSON SPECIFICATION
Key Competencies/Technical Skills
  • Strong ability to build and maintain relationships internally & externally.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency.
  • Proven organisation skills, time management skills, high level of detail orientation and ability to implement and execute multiple projects at once.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment with several different departments & across all levels of the organisation.
  • Proactive approach to all tasks and projects and shows initiative to drive results and solve problems.
  • Outstanding communication skills (oral and written)
  • Strong team player
  • Understanding of customer experience requirements in a department store
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office including Excel.
Profile
  • Fluent in English
  • 2 years’ experience in a marketing role ideally with a focus in Marketing/Digital
  • Inherent interest in luxury industry and beauty
