As a Translation Project Coordinator, you will be mainly focusing on the localisation cycle of Product Information, flat content, newsletters, Google Ads, and general content solutions across the business. You will also be working closely with our Translation Project Manager on marketing campaigns (Homepage, Social media, etc.) and the overall linguistic services planning.
You will be responsible for setting up, briefing and allocating projects through our different translation and production tools.
You will be responsible for the successful delivery of complex language projects across different production channels. You will receive briefs from different departments and teams within Farfetch and allocate across different internal and external translation teams.
You will be responsible in collecting all the necessary information to ensure the successful completion of all translation requests and liaise with other teams in the organization to ensure smooth production of translation materials.
You will be supporting the language Content Supervisors in their planning and communication with stakeholders.
You will be required to suggest improvement initiatives, whether that is for internal or external tools and processes.
You will be providing support and direction on the quality management of all projects.
You will be required to manage all administrational tasks such as PO processing, supporting the internal translation teams in building glossaries, as well as maintaining and managing translation memories.
You will actively participate in the execution of our long-term language strategy, developed by our Senior Translation Manager & Director of Content.
You will deliver BAU excellence with a team driven by frequent deadlines and high volume targets.
You will act as a language ambassador across the business, promoting good linguistic practices and developing positive stakeholder relationships.
