Miniclip is looking for a User Acquisition Executive to join our User Acquisition (UA) team in our London Office. This is a full-time position, please apply only if you have the right to work in the UK.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
This is a varied and exciting role, working with a leading digital games and entertainment company. You will work closely with our existing UA team, with the following responsibilities:
Create and oversee direct response marketing activities across channels such as Facebook, Instagram and Snapchat
Experiment, test and analyse multiple campaigns
Use data-driven insights to enhance performance through targeting and audience segmentation
Work with our talented Marketing Designer in developing creative marketing art assets, as well as generating effective art briefs
Run A/B tests and review the performance of individual ad creatives to identify best-performing assets
Produce comprehensive marketing reports informing the team about key metrics such as media spend, conversions and ROI
Explore new user-acquisition opportunities and technologies, as well establishing good working relationships with existing partners
The following skills are essential for the role:
In-depth knowledge of mobile acquisition tools and channels
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with data manipulation capabilities using weighted average formulas, pivot tables and results visualisation
Excellent knowledge of online marketing and digital advertising
Familiarity with marketing tracking and audience measurement tools
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Proactive: a desire to suggest new content ideas and take the lead on projects, or explore opportunities
Fast learner: there will be opportunities to learn lots of new skills in this role, and the ideal candidate will show an aptitude and passion for self-improvement
Analytical thinker with great attention to detail and problem-solving skills
The following skills are desirable for the role:
A genuine love for games and the gaming industry
Experience with user testing and customer journey optimisation
Experience with ad copywriting
