ASOS have a simple wish... for everyone to have the confidence to be their best self. Our Technology team pioneer incredible solutions that change the way our millions of customers can access fashion. The confidence and freedom they feel when they're expressing themselves through their clothes is the same buzz we like our employees to experience, every single day, in everything they do.
We've been around for long enough to fully recognise that many people in the world face discrimination and reduced opportunities due to their ethnicity, culture, religion, gender, race, sexuality, culture, age and social class - so we are steadfast in ensuring that our ASOS world reflects a much fairer one than this. You will find that your recruitment journey with ASOS (and beyond) will contain several steps, that are there to ensure you have a fair (and fun) experience with us.
And as you continue your journey with a career at ASOS, we'll ensure you receive the development you need, help to overcome any previous disadvantages you may have faced and accessible learning materials, wherever you are. We have big dreams for ASOS's future and yours'.
It's the right thing to do and, if you know us, you'll know that's why we're doing it - but it's also important that our workforce is as diverse as our global customer base and that everyone is living their best life at ASOS HQ!
ASOS is one of the UK's top fashion and beauty destinations, expanding globally at a rapid pace. Our values are to be authentic, brave and creative, and we live and breathe these in everything we do.
