What this role will entail...
This position will  execute campaigns for ITV’s viewer relationship management strategy, including CRM and content merchandising; driving positive direct relationships with viewers and ultimately increasing their time spent with ITV.
Key responsibilities
  • Executes multi-channel CRM and content merchandising campaigns, supporting multiple businesses within ITV - linear TV, ITV Hub, and the Direct to Consumer division.
  • Understands and acts on insight and segmentations to get the right message, to the right viewer, at the right time.
  • Works with internal and external agencies and suppliers to ensure the successful delivery of CRM and content merchandising plans.
  • Monitors and evaluates  their CRM activity, and employs structured testing techniques, to deliver continuous improvement in campaign metrics.
  • Writes great marketing copy using the appropriate tone of voice, as well as having a good eye for impactful creative.
The ideal candidate:
  • Highly collaborative, working comfortably within a complex matrix environment.
  • Motivated and organised to deliver work to a high standard and to deadlines.
  • Comfortable reviewing statistics to make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience of delivering strong and impactful creative campaigns.
  • A passion for TV, ITV and its role at the heart of popular culture.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Campaign Classic (desirable).
