The job involves booking in viewings at properties throughout the UK. Enquiries arrive by phone and email, and you will need to be adept at reacting and prioritising in order to provide an outstanding level of customer care.
You will work very closely with the rest of our committed team to set new standards in estate agency.
Previous experience in agency is not necessary, but the ability to juggle tasks and retain information under pressure is essential.
Responsibilities will include:
Taking phone calls and arranging viewings in a courteous manner
Reacting quickly to email viewing enquiries
Learning about access information and basic property information to ensure that each viewing is serviced as efficiently as possible
Contacting our clients to arrange viewings
Liaising with our network of viewings staff
Entering each viewing and associated feedback into our agency software system
Working closely with the sales team to ensure that clients are fully updated
