We need fun loving, virtual team building hosts who enjoy being online with new people.
If you have background in hospitality, theatre, acting or in events, then we want to speak to you.

The Job

  • You'll be the host of an online team building event for corporate teams who want to have fun.
  • You'll be responsible for creating a customer experience that blows people people away. We believe very good is the enemy of excellence and we need people who will work with us to strive for our standards.
  • In the event you'll introduce the games and their rules. You'll keep track of scores, manage the on-screen content.
  • We are looking for people who can prop up the energy and atmosphere with their energy and great friendly chat. As guests with questions keep the flow of the experience.
  • This is a flexible job where you can work form home or any where world with an internet connection.
  • This job can be easy at times. But it can also be very hard work. We require consistency from you in the same way a theatre cast will deliver their show at 100% every time.
  • The role is usually lot of fun and we genuinely have a great time with our guests.
  • We treat our team well, pay you well and are always wanting to hear from you about how we can improving ourselves and the experience.

Requirements. . . You are:
  • Comfortable speaking in-front of groups of people on video calls.
  • Natural at explaining things to people in simple terms.
  • Fun loving, have a great sense of humor.
  • You can become energised when you need too.
  • Can take onboard constructive feedback and have a willingness to get better.
  • Have the emotional intelligence to adapt to your audience.
  • Calm under pressure.
  • Can think on your feet if things don't go to plan.
  • Can operate a computer highly competently. (We have about 5-6 windows running at the same time.)
  • Can throw on the theatrics. This event is themed this as a virtual games show so needs the dialogue to fit.
  • Are immediately available and don't foresee any major changes to your availability over the next six months.
  • We have no education requirements, only that you understand how to conduct yourself in a corporate environment.
  • Have a laptop that is no less than 5 years old.

This job is paid as a subcontractor. You won't have a fixed number of hours.
The events has games that last about 30 mins each.
We pay:
  • £25 for a one game event - Up to £35 after you have completed 15 events.
  • £35for a two games event - Up to £45 after you have completed 15 events ( About 1.5 months)
  • £45 for a three games event - Up to £55 after you have completed 15 events ( About 1.5 months)

At our peak of the year, you can expect to work on upwards of 5 events per week, each of various lengths.
All events require about 30 mins preparation and setup time.

If you pass your interview, training is 5 hours spread over a week and you'll be paid £75 upon completion for this.
