You'll be involved in coordinating all print requirements for seasonal launches, window schemes, product launches and new stores, ensuring brand strategy is delivered at all times, to deadline and within budget.
Producing and delivering all Seasonal set up graphics for Flagship Stores set ups and all store launches.
Demonstrating a balanced view, focusing on both Brands to maintain their individual strategies & Brand integrity.
Producing and delivering all print window scheme elements, working across the functions to achieve deadlines, specs and budgets.
Receiving and interpreting all creative print briefs, ensuring briefs are trialled and executed to the correct specification and allocated correctly to stores.
Working closely with Print Purchasing department to deliver graphic requirements in store and challenging costs.
Working across all departments to deliver Polaroids/Wardrobe Essentials globally.
Working to set budgets and challenging all spends for business needs.
Cross quoting and negotiating costs with suppliers.
Working with VM Communications Team to communicate relevant VM information to stores.
Using the Print Work Tool (PWT) system and overseeing PWT master specification for all store requirements, ensuring all store photographics including specials and posters are briefed and produced correctly.
Working closely with Field and Creative teams for store openings and special requests, organising all graphics to be delivered and installed with site handover.
Managing the bespoke graphic and signage elements required for Oxford Circus and the responsibility for all flagships, from the briefing stage to production to being implemented in store.
Coordinating Sale and POS graphic strategies and guidelines.
Highlighting costs to implement reprints for graphic stockpile and advising allocations required.
Visiting stores with Field and Creative Team to assess if any graphic signage will increase Sales, whilst challenging stores are implementing and using graphics correctly.
