AAYA is a London based hospitality platform established by Alan Yau and Siddharth Mehta primarily focused on restaurants. It is set-up to develop and deliver hospitality concepts as well as manage their operations progression. The focus is on creating brands in market segments that offer the opportunity for scale and outsized returns. Portfolio of three restaurant concepts now in advanced stages of development: The Duck & Rice, Babaji Pide Salonu and Park Chinois due to open in 2015.
