I don’t write to shoehorn SEO keywords (not everyone will appear on the first page of a google search). I don’t guarantee to drive traffic by x% (how can I?). I don’t charge per word (you want some thought and creativity, right?). I don’t place value in the number of ‘likes’ or ‘shares’ (do you always respond to the things you like?). I don’t do this for money alone (you’re reading this thinking ‘just as well’). I don‘t write blogs just so you can say you have one (all involved will soon get bored). I’m not going to write seven 1000-word articles a month just so you beat an algorithm (try a ‘content mill’ if that’s what you’re after - but seriously...don’t). And I don’t, under any circumstances, write or create something for the ‘average person’ or the masses (pick a niche, have someone in mind or you’ll drown in the noise out there). I create content. To inspire, educate or entertain. Maybe on a good day do all three. I tell better stories for people to enjoy. So they connect with you, naturally. Now, who’s left?
