Clever Polly Talent is a clever, useful and stress-free resource for creative people and companies. CPT is a small company - just one owner/director - me. I'm Fran Lobel, and I've been recruiting talented creative people for twelve-and-a half years. I'm quite good at it :) Career highlights include recruiting many editors and art directors for leading architecture, design and culture periodicals. I have recruited dozens more graphic and digital designers, web designers and developers at all levels. This is increasingly, in fact, the area in which I will focus. I also work with talented marketers, tech types, & content and communications digital wordsmiths of all varieties. Candidates will be listened to and supported - not shoehorned into roles that don't fit. You'll have a smoothly scheduled journey through your interview process and will remain supported, whatever the outcome. Getting a new job can be stressful. I'm often available to speak with you outside office hours to spare you whispering in corridors or toilet cubicles and all the other awkward clandestine elements of getting yourself new job while you hold down your current role/gig. Clients will be presented with short-lists of super-talented and appropriate candidates while I support (and manage, where required) your recruitment process to give you an efficient, trouble-free journey from ad to brilliant new incumbent.
