Denza is an international recruitment company specialising in placing exceptional candidates in roles at every level in the fashion industry. In 1988 Vanessa Denza founded Denza, a recruitment company known for exceptional candidate and client service. The company is now owned and run by Emma Davidson who acquired the company in 2014 after having worked for Vanessa Denza as Vanessa’s right hand since 2008. Having originated specialising in recruitment for design Denza is now able to facilitate clients and candidates across non-design areas of fashion, in addition to senior and executive roles across all disciplines. Areas we cover are – Design: Womenswear design, Menswear design, Childrenswear design, Lingerie design, Denim design, Knitwear design, Accessories design, Footwear design, Textile design for fashion (Print design, Embroidery design, Embellishment design) and Homewares. This is all roles at all levels from graduate to creative director. Non-design: Primarily Product development, Production, Studio management, Fabric sourcing, Design room assistance, Garment technology and Pattern Cutting.
