dubble

dubble is an online publication dedicated to telling the stories of disabled and chronically ill people. We recognise the underrepresentation of disabled people in the media and hope to address this inequality by platforming the creative work of our community, through personal essays, opinion pieces, arts, poetry, news and politics, and lifestyle content. We welcome and encourage contributions from people who have lived experience of disability. This includes, but is not limited to, those who are disabled, chronically ill, mentally ill, sick, crip, neurodivergent, terminally ill, d/Deaf, hard of hearing, blind, and mad. You do not have to identify as disabled to be a part of the dubble community. We are currently a volunteer-led platform, and always welcome new writers and artists.
