Looks Like Me, talent and casting agency raising the profile of underrepresented groups. Providing exceptional talent, models and extraordinary diverse campaigns represented in fashion and advertising content. Founded by Selma Nicholls, motivated by Riley-Ann her three-year-old daughter questioning her own identity (on two occasions) due to the limited visibility of children that looked like her on bill boards, theatre shows, the big screen, magazines, and advertising.
