In an era where mass urban re-development often means that only the top galleries and their most bankable artists are visible whilst risk taking exhibitions from new talent are deemed un-commercial and therefore unaffordable, by placing our artists at the very centre of the company, MTA aims to give a powerful voice to a new generation and to defend our future artistic and cultural legacy. All our artists are supported with a success-driven and individually tailored focus, our vision is to provide a pragmatic and ethical approach to growing talent using our institutional and private individual connections. Working from the foundations of talent management strategy, MTA is able to present a flexible and continuous business model, open to the incorporation of new ideas, progress and talent. A calendar of domestic and international exhibitions challenges our artists to immerse themselves in ambitious curations gaining inspiration to develop and broaden their creative practices. Our collectors are at the heart of our philosophy; acting as patrons to the next generation of contemporary artists at the earliest and most exciting developmental stages of their careers. To facilitate a mutually beneficial and artistically enriching exchange of ideas MTA actively promotes dialogue between the artist and the collector.
