About

We are a female-led creative collective. #MotherWorks photography exhibition and campaign is our concept and creation. We work with businesses and organisations who value progress, gender equality and diversity and inclusion. Gender equality, women in the workplace, flexible working are all hot topics. But how do you engage people in this conversation? One way is to have events that create conversation and make women feel connected and appreciated. We support the internal initiatives of organisations that are looking to drive equality and hero women in the workplace. MotherWorks is an ongoing UK wide photography project illustrating and celebrating the brilliant and bizarre double life of working mums. A celebration of the women who hold up the economy with one hand and a baby with the other. Inspired by Sarah Olney’s International Women’s day speech 2017, these 40+ images, compare the powerful relationships women have with their children yet the importance of their professional identities. And how these two roles can sometimes collide. Between us, we have years of experience and an impressive client list. We connect with women because we understand the different work/life balance pressures they have.
