Para Dance UK

Para Dance UK is a charity and the national governing body for Para Dance Sport in the UK. Our aim is to develop and promote dance as a sport and an inclusive leisure activity across the country. We develop highly competitive athletes at an international level, as well as progressing dancers across the UK through regional and national competitions. Para Dance UK offers and runs courses for people who want to provide their own inclusive dance or Para Dance Sport classes. At a local level, we have set up groups across the UK that meet regularly to learn and enjoy dancing. We often have our local groups described as ‘families’ and that’s exactly what we want to achieve as we spread through the UK.
