About
Our mission is to make the creative world of work more diverse & inclusive through mentoring. Our unique solution tackles the problem at either end of the industry; we work with established businesses and senior management to encourage change from within, as well as educating and empowering diverse young talent from lower socioeconomic backgrounds to help them enter and succeed in the creative industry. Our mentoring programmes help young people gain access and career development in the creative industries, whilst our mentors receive valuable training in inclusive mentoring and coaching so they are able to make a difference.
