Following the acquisition of Outside Line in 2012, we now have 135 digital specialists sitting with and working alongside our existing agency teams, providing digital design & development, social media planning, CRM, community management and online content creation. Saatchi & Saatchi X, also part of our London group, enables us to offer an understanding of the customer journey and mindset from brand awareness, through purchasing research, to shopper. Saatchi Masius, our B2B specialists joined the London group in February 2013 and bring a B2B specific model designed to take on a broad spectrum of marketing challenges.
